How to score. For each finding pick an action (Add, Consolidate, Reduce, Keep,
Re-organise), then rate frequency, how often you will need it, and consequence, how bad it
is if you cannot manage it. A rare event with a fatal consequence earns its space in the kit and on the roster just as much
as the everyday problem that fills most of the work.

Capability dependency check. For every advanced thing the sim showed you can do, ask whether
you can measure that it is working. If you carry blood, carry the tests that guide the transfusion. A kit that can do a
thing but cannot tell whether it worked is unfinished. Record any dependency misses under Kit.
